The Corpus Christi Fire Fighters' 10th Annual "Irish Open" Golf Tournament will be held this year on Thursday, March 25th at the Gabe Lozono Municipal Golf Course on Old Brownsville Rd. in Corpus Christi.

The tournament will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a Shotgun Start and should conclude by 2:00 p.m. with lunch and beverages served at the CCFFA union hall.  Prizes will be awarded.

Registration is $55 per person and can be paid in advance at the Union Hall.  Please call 814-4437 to reserve your spot and register your team.

The Executive Board of the Corpus Christi Professional Fire Fighters held its first of what is expected to be an annual workshop to help board members and Union Stewards define responsibilities and set goals for the current year.  The all day workshop was the brainchild of Trustee John Luis and was put together by 1^st Vice-President Matt Bitoni and Recording Secretary Sam Marroquin.  It was held at the union hall on Wednesday, February 3^rd and was attended by most of the current board members.
